- Tackling the tough challenges head on
- Such organisations recognise that:
- Kindness is not just a ‘nice to have’ — it is now a leadership expectation
- Kind leadership drives performance, employee engagement and, therefore, innovation
- Kindness strengthens business resilience, creating a ‘bank’ of good will
- Kindness is critical in customer service
- Kindness correlates with business growth, and growth is a proxy for performance

Dare to Overcome (DTO) is the premier global event for business leaders to share and celebrate best practices, virtues, and values in being allies of differing communities, faiths and cultures in workplaces and marketplaces, thereby building peace.
Previously held in Rio de Janeiro, Seoul, Tokyo, Washington DC, and New Delhi, India, the 2026 edition will be held in the City of London with the theme The Economics of Kindness.
