committed to building peace and human flourishing through values-driven leadership, inclusive workplaces, economic opportunity and respect for human dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Movement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dare to Overcome began in partnership with the UN Global Compact in 2014, starting a movement that moved from Rio de Janeiro (2016) with the support of Brazilian President Michel Temer, to South Korea (2018) under Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon\u2019s patronage, then to Tokyo (2021) with former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama\u2019s active support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div
